Terms and Conditions

Advance deposits and / or final payments are fully non-refundable.

The following terms represent the only situations where amounts paid are refunded:

Under TICO regulations should the price of the tour increase more than 7% clients have the option of cancelling with full refund
Should it be necessary for safety reasons to cancel a tour, full equitable refund of all amounts will be paid.
Should the agency or it's Associate cancel the tour all amounts paid will be fully refundable.
The agency retains the right to accept or reject anyone as a member of the group / booking. In the unlikely event that the agency does not accept your reservation, full refund of all amounts paid will be made


Individual tours have specific Terms and Conditions and these are available with advance information on our tours. In all cases, the agency liability for refunds is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the client(s) and no further refund will be considered.
