It's the final evening of our Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania study tour. In short it is the best one I have been on. The number and breadth of agriculture site visits mean that we have an excellent sense of the range of operation size, types of crops and production methods. The farmers and business owners we met were engaging, welcoming, professional and well prepared. We were impressed and grateful for the time they spent with us and the many thoughtful gifts we received. Government officials kindly treated us with respect answering our many questions and, in turn, asking us about Ontario/Canadian agriculture. Cultural village tours, museums, music, and historical stops helped us have context for why people of the Baltics are innovative determined, entrepreneurs. The food was delicious, we were never hungry, coffee was a treat. Edvinas, you are a warm, patient, pleasant and knowledgeable tour guide, thank you for your excellent service including a special visit with your family. Please share with you wife and sons that we appreciate their hospitality. Also to "Igor", he is a magician bus driver that kept us safe and on time. Thank you all for a very special experience!
