Arrival in Rome and hotel transfer. Afternoon walking tour - Dinner and overnight.
Sunday, September 30:
Breakfast. Transfer to Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour. Visit the Grotto and Tombs of the Popes. Afternoon city tour - Dinner and overnight.
Monday, October 01:
Breakfast. Visit the catacomb of Priscilla, the Church of Sta. Cecilia in Trastevere - Ancient Rome - Coloseum, Forum, Arch of Constantine - Dinner and overnight.
Tuesday, October 02:
Breakfast. Transfer to Foligno. Visit the church of St. Francis where the incorrupt remains of the 13th Century Mystic and Franciscan Tertiary Angela of Foligno repose - Continue to Assisi. Visit Santa Maria Degli Angeli - The churches of St. Clare and St. Francis. Dinner and overnight.
Wednesday, October 03:
Breakfast. Depart for Siena - Visit Chapel of St. Catherine - Continue toward Florence. Dinner and overnight Monte Catini.
Thursday, October 04:
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Florence - Walking city tour - Galileo's Museum - Santa Croce - The Academy. Dinner and overnight in Monte Catini.
Friday, October 05:
Breakfast. Transfer to Ravenna - View the Mosaic of Theodora & Justinian - Visit St. Apollinare Nuovo, Battistero Neoniano and Mausolo De Gallia Placidia - Continue to hotel in Padova for dinner and overnight.
Saturday, October 06:
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Venice - Walking tour including visit to St. Mark's Basilica and Square. Farewell dinner in Venice, return to Padova and overnight.
Sunday, October 07:

About Our Guide
 Becky Lee (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Religious Studies in the Department of Humanities at York University in Toronto Ontario. She is particularly interested in the interaction between religion and gender.
