About Joseph Hisey
I began developing and escorting tours to Europe over 20 years ago while teaching in the school of Animation, Art and Design at Sheridan College. At the request of a small number of my students, we left the confines of the lecture hall and embraced the impact of art as the artist intended. For my students, and for myself personally, we found the experiences to be enriching and rewarding. Overtime, I shared England, France, Italy and a variety of U.S. destinations to a growing number of participants.
These tours were one of the most enriching teaching experiences of my life. Soon, my numbers increased to include the friends and family of students and graduates who shared a passion for Art, Culture and Design. Alumni tours were soon to follow. As a result, many past participants have become some of my dearest friends and continue to request a new tour offering every year.
Retiring in 2008, I moved to Stratford, Ontario, where I have the opportunity to spend many hours in my studio. I have continued to develop and escort tours overseas with themes and itineraries that allow for ample free time for your personal exploration and growth. sharing my knowledge and passion for the arts and design with old and new friends alike.
"These are not just tours, these are experiences"
